Discussion Groups

What are Discussion Groups?

At each campus we have at least one discussion group for 7th grade girls, 7th grade guys, 8th grade girls, and 8th grade guys. A discussion group is led by a volunteer discussion group leader.
Discussion groups are our core small groups in the youth ministry.

Why Is It Important To Be In A Discussion Group?

It is important to have an adult in your student's life who knows them, cares about them, and points them toward God. It is important for your student to have a group of peers who are also trying to navigate life as a middle school student while trying to follow God.
Discussion groups are also important because they add the layer of community and accountability to your student and their relationship with God. In discussion groups, we help students to begin to take ownership and follow-thru with their relationship with God.
