Troubleshooting
To purchase a ticket, select the desired options (if any) and then click on the button.. This button will add the item to the Shopping Cart and will also display the contents of the Cart.
If you select "Continue Shopping" button you will be taken back to the previous page. From here, you can purchase another ticket, or click on the button to view the cart..
Click on the button to see what you have purchased so far. Here, you can delete items from the cart, update your choices, continue shopping, purchase your items or empty your cart.
In the shopping cart, clicking in the Remove check box and then Update Cart button will take all of the items out of the Shopping Cart.
To complete the purchase, click on the button. You will be sent to a payment details page. If you have previously paid with PayPal, enter your PayPal Password and click Continue. If not, click on the Click Here button to the right of where it says "If you have never paid through PayPal." You will then be asked to enter your credit card information and a PayPal password. Click on the Continue button at the bottom of the screen.
You will be sent to another page to check the details of your transaction one more time. If all the details are correct, click on the Pay button.
A Receipt or You Made A Payment page will appear listing the details of your purchase. Click on the Continue button to view your order number.
You will also receive a email from PayPal confirming your order.
If you try to log into PayPal and create an account, and you get the following screen it is because you have your cookies disabled in your browser. If your browser is not set up to receive cookies, then you can not use PayPal.
If the address that you enter is not the same as the address that your credit card statement is sent to, it is necessary to activate your account by obtaining and submitting a Member Number to increase the overall security of the system.
Once you have added the credit card to your PayPal Account, view the "Credit Card" page. If the status of the card is "Member Number Pending", you will need to start the Membership Process.
Select the credit card you wish to activate and then click the "Get Member
Number" button. Please read through the "Get Your Member Number"
page. Next, click the "Get Member Number" button at the bottom of
the page. On
the next page, click the "Continue" button.
PayPal will charge your credit card $1.95 U.S. Dollars. The charge will accompany
a unique, randomly generated 4-digit Member Number.
· If you have online access to your credit card activity, it usually takes approximately 2-3 business days for the Member Number to appear, depending on the issuing bank.
· If you do not have online access to your statement, then wait until you receive your physical statement in the mail to check your 4-digit unique PayPal Member Number.
· If you have added a debit card, your 4-digit member number will be printed on your bank account statement next to the $1.95 charge.
Once you have received your 4-digit Member Number, click https://www.paypal.com/MEM-NUMBER or copy and paste the entire link into the address bar to complete the Membership Process.
Please Note:
· Membership Fees completed after 7/9/02 will be credited to your PayPal Account as a bonus. The $1.95 bonus will be credited to the PayPal account balance within 24 hours of successfully sending a completed transaction after the Membership Process has been completed.
